Step 1: Find a good nightclub or bar
“But only low value women hang out there?”
This is just for practice, to get you familiar with approaching new women. Nobody’s asking you to get into a Long Term Relationship with a red flag woman.
But you can certainly practice and have some dates, and you know how it goes ahead 😉
Moreover, Nightclubs/Bars are the easiest places to start with.
“But which one?”
Look for a place that has different people always showing up. You don’t want a shady place where no hot women hang out.
You want a fairly active place in a good neighborhood.
Step 2: Prepare Yourself
Dress well, but do not come too dressed up. Neither come too relaxed.
Wear well-fitted clothes, with shoes.
Step 3: Follow the 3-Second Rule
The longer you wait to talk to a woman - the higher your approach anxiety will get.
Make your move as quickly as possible.
Walk by the first woman you see and just say anything to her.
“That’s a fancy looking drink. What is that?”
“Really? Working at this hour?” (if you see her on her laptop)
You’ll feel a lot better right away and be in a better mindset to start talking to women.
Step 4: Sit where you are able to see the whole crowd
Position yourself in a place where you can make eye contact with as many people as possible.
If you catch a girl looking at you, go to her and make your move. Initiate the conversation. You can buy her a drink if she seems good.
If you see a girl sitting by herself bored, do not hesitate. Approach her quickly and take advantage of the situation. She is already waiting for you.
Do not sit with your head down on your phone all night. Look up and pay attention.
If you feel there aren’t enough opportunities (women) at this club/bar - exit from there and go to another one.
If you feel it’s a happening place, there are about 20-40 women showing up throughout the night - try out on each one of them. Never be afraid of rejection.
It’s also not a bad idea to become a regular at this club and get to know the people there.
Get to know the staff there.
Make friends with men who could show up with their female friends. You’ll have an easy path to meeting them.
Women are also occasional regulars at some clubs. You never know who you’ll end up meeting because you became a familiar face at this place.
