NNN - No Nut November - Is NNN really worth it?

It is November, and how can we miss the "No Nut November" (NNN) challenge.

Let's go on a bit deeper on this subject.

What is NNN?

In case you're not aware,

No Nut November (NNN) is a self-discipline challenge, originated over the internet, where participants commit to abstain from any form of sexual activity, specifically refraining from ejaculation (often colloquially referred to as "nutting") for the entire month of November.

Is NNN effective?

There are a lot of contradictory statements on this question. But here’s the conclusion:

NNN leads to —> Semen Retention

AND

There are lots of benefits of SEMEN RETENTION.

So, I look upon NNN as one of the motivators for Semen Retention. It results in a boost in energy, which can be used in more productive activities. This is called Sexual Transmutation.

Do you know how powerful is your SEMEN?

This one cell (Sperm) has the capacity to build up an entire human body. Of course female reproductive cell (Ovum) also has this capacity, but women cannot retain this cell within their body due to menstrual cycle.

However, men CAN RETAIN this cell within their body BY NOT EJ@CULATING.

There are 2 categories of ej@culation in my opinion -

  1. M@sturbation: This is COMPLETE WASTE of your sperm cells. Try to avoid this completely and retain your sperms. I have trained myself to not jerk off at all, and I ej@culate only during sexual intercourse.

  2. During Sexual Activity: There are certain techniques to retain semen even during sexual activities and some people do follow them. I personally don’t look at retaining semen while sexual intercourse.

How does retaining sperm cell (or semen retention) helps you? Let’s look at some benefits of semen retention:

If your thinking on 31st Oct is “Bro, NNN Starts tomorrow! It’s the last day today, I’ll jerk off 10 times today” and on 1st Dec it is “It’s been a month now, I’m gonna cover up all the abstained days”, let me tell you clearly - NNN IS NOT FOR YOU, You’re NGMI.

Let me tell you my story:

Few years back when I was addicted to p0rn and m@sturbation, I couldn't control my urge for even 2 days.

But after realizing how I am damaging my physical and mental health, and looking at the benefits of semen retention, I decided I cannot stay the same.
